Chilean Wine Experience

This Chile wine tour will take you to know the city of Santiago and it main surroundings attractions. Visit the coastal city of Valparaiso, then head to The Andes Mountains and try some of our world-class wines.

Itinerary of wine tours from Santiago Chile:

Day 1: Reception in Santiago and transfer to Hotel in Santiago. Evening tour of the city with wine tastings. Our driver and guide will pick you up at your hotel and show you around main attractions that Santiago offers. You’ll walk around various neighborhoods and visit main places on downtown, as central market, La Moneda, Cathedral and Plaza de Armas. Then you’ll head to Bellavista neighborhood and go up to Cerro San Cristobal to enjoy a great view of the city. On the way back, you’ll be able to check out the modern part of the city. Drop off at your hotel.

Day 2: In morning we will depart towards the coast of Chile and the city of Valparaiso, a world heritage site and the second largest city of Chile, as well as the most important harbor town on the Pacific coast back on 1800. Our first stop will be at Emiliana winery, where we’ll be able to do a tour and wine tasting of 4 wines at this organic and biodynamic winery. After our wine tasting is finished, we will head to Valparaiso and visit the main attractions such as Concepcion and Alegre.

As well, we’ll take a ride on its emblematic elevators and visit pier, Sotomayor square with the monument to Chilean Navy Heroes and take you to an amazing restaurant to enjoy fresh seafood and fish from the Pacific Ocean. After lunch, we’ll visit Viña del Mar city, known as the city of gardens, with its white sand beaches. At 17 hrs aprox, we’ll return to your hotel in Santiago.  (B)

Day 3: After breakfast, we’ll depart towards Los Andes town between Santiago and Chile’s primary border crossing with Argentina near the summit of the cordillera de los Andes. Our fist stop will be at San Esteban winery, in the Aconcagua Valley, a pioneer in hillside-vineyard planting. We’ll do a tour and wine tasting of 4 wines, while admiring the Andes mountains.

Afterwards, we’ll continue to visit a local artisan and sample some more wines and local products. Then, we’ll drive towards the Andes Mountain range until arriving to Portillo Ski resort, at 3350 m.a.s.l, being able to admire the spectacular Laguna Del Inca and enjoy some snack or lunch. At 17,00 hrs aprox, we’ll start descending from The Andes toward Santiago, on a 2 hrs drive.  (B)

Day 4: After breakfast, we’ll pick you up at hotel and take you to Santiago airport in time to take your flight to Easter Island, Atacama Desert, Lake District or Patagonia. End of services (B)
